1. Introduction
Welcome to PornoLovers (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data when you visit wp.pornolovers.net (the “Site”).
We designed our Site with a privacy-first approach. Without an account, all personalization data stays in your browser. With a free account, your data syncs securely to our servers for cross-device access — but is never shared publicly or sold to third parties.
2. Data Stored in Your Browser (localStorage)
For all visitors — logged in or not — the following features store data in your browser using localStorage:

You can delete this data at any time by clearing your browser’s localStorage, using the “Clear” buttons in your profile, or via your browser’s settings (Settings → Clear Site Data).
3. Cookies We Use
We use a minimal number of cookies:

We do not use behavioral analytics cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.
4. Account Data (Registered Users)
If you create an account, we store the following on our servers:
4.1 Account Information
- Username — chosen by you during registration
- Email address — optional; used for password recovery and email notifications
- Password — stored as a cryptographic hash (we cannot see your actual password)
- Display name & bio — optional, set by you in Profile Settings
- Registration date
4.2 Synced Data
When you are logged in, your browser data is automatically synced to your account so it persists across devices. The following data types are synced:

Sync happens automatically in the background with a short delay after each change. Data is compared between your browser and server — whichever has more data takes priority. This ensures you never lose your preferences when switching devices.
4.3 Playlists
Playlists are stored on our servers (not in localStorage). When you create a playlist, we store:
- Playlist name and optional description
- List of video IDs in the playlist and their order
- Creation and modification dates
Playlists are private and visible only to you. They are permanently deleted when you delete your account.
4.5 Comments
If you post comments on videos, we store the comment text, your username, the video it was posted on, and the timestamp. Comments are publicly visible and associated with your display name.
4.6 Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account at any time from your Profile Settings page. Deletion removes:
- Your account information (username, email, password hash)
- All synced data (favorites, watch later, history, taste profile, watch time)
- All playlists
- All notification preferences and queued notifications
- All comments you posted
Browser-stored data (localStorage) is also cleared on logout/deletion. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
5. Taste Profile & Recommendations
The Taste Profile is our personalization system. Here is exactly how it works:
- Data collection: When you watch a video, the system records which categories, models, and studios appear in that video, along with the video’s duration range (short/medium/long). Each item receives a score based on how long you watched.
- Storage: All taste data is stored in your browser’s localStorage. For logged-in users, it is also synced to the server.
- Recommendations: When you visit your Taste Profile, the system sends your top-scoring categories, models, and studios to our server, which queries matching videos and returns personalized suggestions. Already-watched videos are excluded.
- No external sharing: Taste data is never sent to third parties. Recommendations are generated entirely on our own server.
- Consent: A consent banner is shown before taste tracking begins. You can opt out at any time, and you can reset your entire taste profile from Profile → Taste Profile.
6. Anonymous Usage Statistics
We collect anonymous, aggregated statistics to understand how personalization features are used (for example: “200 users used Watch Later today”). This data:
- Contains no personal identifiers
- Cannot be linked back to individual users
- Is used only to improve the Site
- Is stored as simple numerical counters
7. Security Measures
7.1 Failed Login Attempts
To protect accounts from brute-force attacks, we temporarily log failed login attempts:
- Data stored: IP address and timestamp of failed attempt
- Duration: automatically deleted after 1 hour
- Purpose: after 3 failed attempts, additional verification may be required
7.2 Google reCAPTCHA v3
We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect registration and login forms from automated abuse. reCAPTCHA works invisibly (no puzzle to solve) and may collect:
- Your IP address
- Browser and device information
- Mouse movement and interaction patterns on the page
This data is sent to and processed by Google. By using our login or registration forms, you agree to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
reCAPTCHA is only activated on login and registration pages — not during general browsing.
7.3 Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures including:
- HTTPS encryption for all connections
- Hashed password storage (bcrypt — we never store plain-text passwords)
- Rate limiting and brute-force protection on authentication endpoints
- REST API authentication via WordPress nonces for logged-in users
- Regular security updates
However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Content Delivery Network (CDN)
Images and media on this Site are served through a Content Delivery Network (CDN) for faster loading. When your browser requests an image, the CDN server may process:
- Your IP address (for routing to the nearest server)
- Standard HTTP request headers (user agent, referer)
CDN providers process this data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not share personal information with CDN providers beyond what is transmitted in standard HTTP requests.
9. Server Logs
Like most websites, our web server automatically logs basic access information:
- IP address, date and time of request
- Requested URL and HTTP status code
- Referrer URL and user agent (browser type)
Server logs are used for technical troubleshooting and security monitoring. They are automatically rotated and deleted periodically (typically 30–90 days).
10. What We Do NOT Collect
For clarity, we want to emphasize what we do not do:
- We do not sell your personal data to anyone
- We do not use Google Analytics or similar third-party analytics
- We do not use social media tracking pixels (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- We do not build cross-site tracking profiles
- We do not share data with data brokers
- We do not display your preferences, history, or taste profile publicly
- We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in to notifications
11. Your Rights
11.1 All Users
- Clear browser data — delete localStorage and cookies through your browser settings at any time
- Opt out of personalization — decline the taste profile consent banner or reset it in your profile
- Clear individual lists — use the “Clear” buttons in Watch Later, Favorites, and History panels
- Delete your account — if registered, remove all server-side data permanently via Profile → Settings
11.2 European Users (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights:
- Right of access — request a copy of data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — correct inaccurate personal data
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data
- Right to restrict processing — limit how we use your data
- Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured format
- Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests

11.3 California Residents (CCPA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
12. Children’s Privacy
This Site is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

14. International Data Transfers
Our servers and CDN nodes may be located in various countries. By using this Site, you consent to the transfer of your information to facilities outside your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
